These Terms apply to all v300 services — including the website, mobile application, Sports Betting, Live Casino, and other entertainment offerings. v300 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
To open an account on v300, users must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided during registration — including name, mobile number, date of birth, and ID details — must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created using false or misleading information may be suspended or terminated at any time.
Each user may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. It is your sole responsibility to keep your password and login credentials secure — do not share them with any third party. Report any unauthorised account access or security breach to the v300 support team immediately.
Each user is solely responsible for all activity that takes place on their account. v300 will not be held liable for any losses caused by unauthorised third-party access, unless it is proven that the fault lies entirely with v300's own systems.
All financial transactions on v300 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Multiple deposit methods are supported, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved banking channels. All deposit requests are processed after verification and are typically credited to your account within minutes.
Account verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. v300 reserves the right to temporarily hold any suspicious transactions pending investigation. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only once the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any user found attempting to exploit the payment system fraudulently may have their account permanently closed and funds forfeited.
The v300 platform may only be used for lawful entertainment and betting activities. Users may not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial means to manipulate the platform's systems or odds. The use of the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.
Users are required to treat other users with respect; harassment, abuse, or the spreading of misleading information is a punishable offence. All content on the v300 platform — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, and written materials — is protected by v300's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Users are granted only a limited right to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
V300 accepts limited liability for losses arising from server outages, internet connectivity issues, or unforeseen technical errors. v300 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions to participate in betting or gaming activities. Where the platform contains third-party links or services, v300 is not responsible for their content or policies, and users access them at their own discretion.
V300 strives to resolve any technical issues promptly, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary downtime may occur during maintenance or upgrades, and users will be notified in advance wherever possible.
V300 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances: breach of Terms, fraudulent activity, use of a false identity, operating multiple accounts, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose. Where possible, v300 will notify the user before closing their account; however, immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
Users may request to close their account at any time; any eligible funds remaining in the account will be returned in accordance with the applicable guidelines. Certain provisions of these Terms will remain in effect even after account closure.
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation; if a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. Any amendments to the v300 Terms will take effect upon publication on the website, and continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
